The article is devoted to the problem of formation a water-ecological framework in coastal part city Naberezhnye Chelny. preservation recreational areas, development their connection into single green frame with integration are one main aspects an urbanized city. study area was divided 4 parts, each which has its own problems. It proposed transform these parts on basis analyzed public spaces near water domestic and foreign cities. As result, measures were formulated solutions found for conceptual create water-green city, will make it possible turn Chelny natural sustainable development.
